Moving immersed boundary method for fluid–solid interaction

چکیده
A strongly coupled algorithm is presented for the incompressible fluid–rigid body interaction using moving immersed boundary method. The pressure and force are treated as Lagrange multipliers to enforce incompressibility no-slip wall constraints. To compute two unknowns from velocity field, we adopt fractional step successively apply Poisson equation a derived force, respectively. As both coefficient matrices formulated be symmetric positive-definite, resulting linear systems solved efficiently with conjugate gradient solver. nonlinear fluid–solid system achieved by fixed-point iteration. improve computational efficiency, only iterate rigid motion equation, time-consuming once sub-iteration finished. proposed method validated various benchmark tests, results compare well literature.
